Nani Yassin is a senior professional with more than 15 years of experience in administrative management, office operations, financial administration, and human resource management within the consulting industry and environmental research institutions, both at national and international scales.

Before joining Lestari Advisors, Nani Yassin held the position of Senior Office and Operational HR Manager at Deltares Indonesia, where she was fully responsible for operational efficiency, compliance with applicable tax regulations, financial regulations, and labor laws. In this role, she was responsible for and involved in building internal administrative and operational systems from the early stages, as well as supporting the operations of multidisciplinary research projects and sustainability initiatives.

Nani Yassin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from IPB University (Bogor Agricultural University).
