Atika serves as a Junior Business Analyst (Sustainability) at Lestari Advisors, where she supports projects related to energy transition, sustainable finance, and business model development.

She has developed a cross-disciplinary background spanning blended finance, energy transition, and regional policy research. Previously, she worked at Convergence Blended Finance, supporting research on Southeast Asia’s blended finance landscape, investment gaps, and capital mobilization opportunities. She also gained experience in energy transition research at the Energy Studies Institute (ESI) and investment facilitation policy research at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).

Atika holds a Master of Science in Sustainable and Green Finance from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Economics from Universitas Indonesia
