We developed a comprehensive analytical report to guide the design of fiscal and non-fiscal incentives for energy- and water-efficient buildings in Jakarta. The work assessed international best practices, local policy instruments, and Indonesia’s regulatory landscape to propose practical measures tailored to the market. By offering clear and actionable pathways, the project enables government partners to accelerate green building adoption and improve resource efficiency. It also fosters collaboration between policymakers, financial institutions, and the private sector to unlock capital for sustainable urban infrastructure.
