We evaluated the effectiveness and impact of the MENTARI program in advancing low-carbon energy development in Indonesia. The assessment reviewed program outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and policy contributions, providing independent evidence on the program’s relevance and sustainability. The findings equip donors and government partners with insights to strengthen design and delivery of future clean energy programs. This evaluation ensures that lessons learned translate into more impactful partnerships for Indonesia’s energy transition.
