Irene Amadea Rembeth serves as a Junior Analyst at Lestari Advisors. She supports the firm’s work particularly in conducting  policy analysis and legal research, which will be aimed at navigating the complex nature of the firm’s project implementation.

She has developed a well-rounded background spanning both impact programmes and legal practice. She began her career at a social impact consultancy, where she has assisted collaborative and impact-driven initiatives for several companies in Indonesia. She later served as a lawyer at Frans Winarta & Partners, advising a diverse portfolio of clients on a broad range of legal matters. In addition, she has co-authored research on subnational climate-related regulations across Southeast Asia, published in a reputable academic journal.

Amadea holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Gadjah Mada and is a licensed advocate in Indonesia, registered with PERADI (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia).
