We supported the development of a national platform to strengthen energy efficiency and green building initiatives in Indonesia. The project established an Energy Efficiency and ESCO Incubator Secretariat to coordinate across ministries, financiers, and technology providers. By incubating a pipeline of efficiency projects, the initiative provides technical assistance and connects market actors to financing opportunities. This coordination mechanism accelerates investment in energy efficiency and creates a foundation for scalable, market-driven solutions.
